Ricardo Palma is located on Miraflores, a district with a high standard of living due to its extensive number of public parks and plazas, as well as a bustling commercial scene with a variety of services ranging from modern malls, high-end hotels and local and international cuisine to craft stores, art galleries, theatres and recreational centers. All of this has positioned Miraflores as the areaprimary tourist destination in Lima. This is a 22-story building that contemplates a residential and a retail component.
