Prior to founding the firm, Mr. de la Barra created and was the Head of Investment Research for Grupo Santander in Chile and previously he was Vice President, Investment Banking at Citicorp Chile.<br \/>\nMr. de la Barra has been a Member of the Capital Markets Advisory Council of the Chilean Ministry of Finance since 2006. He is also a Board Member of Icare and Chairman of its Finance and Business Circle. Additionally, he is Member of the Advisory Board of Endeavor-Chile. Mr. de la Barra was a lecturer in Capital Markets and Financial Institutions at Universidad de Los Andes and is currently a member of the Executive Board for Latin America of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
