Mexico Pablo Algara Development & Construction VP México Pablo Algara is the Vice President and Head of Development for CCLA Mexico. He is in charge of all the Development efforts across Mexican geography, currently developing 9 projects with more than 3,000 units under development. Prior to joining CCLA, Mr. Algara served as CEO of Desarrollos Delta, in charge of the Development Platform of Grupo Delta heading the Residential for sale and Master Plan initiatives including Valle Poniente, Distrito Domo, Luzía. Previously, Pablo was the Managing Director of Portfolio Management for Deltack, a fund managing platform that manages Assets from the Mexican Pension Funds and part of Mexico Retail Properties (Grupo MRP) a fund manager and development platform focused on developing and operating shopping centers. Mr. Algara holds a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from Tecnologico de Monterrey, and a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Stanford University.
