Mexico Héctor Figueroa Vice President, Development & Construction Hector Figueroa Estrada is a Vice President of Development & Construction for CCLA Mexico. Mr. Figueroa has over 21 years of experience as Director of Real Estate Projects and has been responsible for the setup of the development area for CCLA in Mexico. Previously, he worked as Real State Project Director for Thor Urbana, Nemesis Capital, Questro and Gicsa. He majored in Architecture at the Anahuac University Mexico and earned a master’s degree in Finance and Urban Real Estate from the Iberoamericana University of Mexico. He also has a Senior Management Degree from the Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección de Empresas, as well as a Project Management Certification.
