Javier Vidales is an Associate Vice President of Investment Management for CCLA Mexico. Prior to joining CCLA, Mr. Vidales worked in the Acquisitions group at Admiral Capital Group in New York. He earned a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Anahuac University and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Fernando Ulacia is an Associate Vice President of Investment Management for CCLA Mexico. He focuses on real estate acquisitions, and his responsibilities include deal sourcing, underwriting, performing due diligence, financing and asset management. Prior to joining CCLA, Mr. Ulacia was an Analyst on the Equity Research team at Credit Suisse, where he covered real estate and cement and construction sectors in Latin America. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degrees in Finance and Business Administration from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México and a certification in Real Estate Economics and Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
Associate Vice President, Development & Construction
Julieta Sobral de Elía is an Associate Vice President of Development and Construction for CCLA Mexico. In this role, she acts as Project Manager for the developments in Guadalajara, directing and coordinating their design and construction. Prior to joining CCLA in 2019, Ms. Sobral de Elía worked for Artha Capital, a private equity fund, as the project manager for three shopping malls and a mixed-use development. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architectural Studies from La Salle University.

Fernanda Sánchez Camus is an Associate Vice President of Development and Construction for CCLA Mexico. Prior to joining CCLA in 2020, Mrs. Sánchez worked for KidZania as a Construction Director, for Chuck E. Cheese Mexico as a Senior Project Manager and for Principle Global as a Team Manager. She earned a Project Management Professional certification in 2019 and received her degree as an Architect from the Anahuac University.

Daniel Maldonado is an Associate Vice President of Development and Construction for CCLA Mexico. Prior to joining CCLA, he worked as a Project Executive for WeWork and Opera Desarrolladora. He earned a degree in Architecture from the National Autonomous University of Mexico and received a Master of Industrial Project Reconversion degree from Paris Sorbonne University.

Numa Leon is an Associate Vice President of Investment Management for CCLA Peru. He is responsible for leading all real estate projects in Peru. Prior to joining CCLA, he worked in Mexico at Jones Lang LaSalle as a Senior Director on the Capital Markets team and in Peru as a Senior Project Manager. He earned a degree in Architecture from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias – UPC and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business.

David Garza is an Associate Vice President of Investment Management for CCLA Mexico. He is actively involved in the origination, acquisition, management, financing and disposition of assets across the Mexican and Colombian markets. Prior to joining CCLA, Mr. Garza served as Head of Asset Management for Hoteles City Express. He has a degree in Business (Finance Mayor) and has completed several certifications in Real Estate Law and Contract Law, all from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México in Mexico City.

Fernando Echevarria is an Associate Vice President of Development & Construction for CCLA Peru. He leads the project development and construction processes in the country. Prior to joining CCLA, Mr. Echevarria was a Project Development Manager at Intercorp Retail, Project Management Lead at Park Group and Project Manager at Proyecta Ingenieros. He earned a degree in Civil Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru, a Master of Business Administration degree from Centrum Business School and a Master in Leadership degree from EADA Business School.

Jaime Santa Ana is a Vice President of Development and Construction for CCLA Mexico. He is responsible for guiding and managing all group investments during the preconstruction and construction stages. Mr. Santa Ana has made his career in companies like GICSA, ABILIA and Parque Reforma. He earned a degree in Civil Engineering and a master’s degree in Science and Engineering from Ibero-American University. He also earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin. He received a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute of America, and has a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Panamerican University.
