Peru Fernando Echevarría Associate Vice President, Development & Construction Fernando Echevarria is an Associate Vice President of Development & Construction for CCLA Peru. He leads the project development and construction processes in the country. Prior to joining CCLA, Mr. Echevarria was a Project Development Manager at Intercorp Retail, Project Management Lead at Park Group and Project Manager at Proyecta Ingenieros. He earned a degree in Civil Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru, a Master of Business Administration degree from Centrum Business School and a Master in Leadership degree from EADA Business School.
