Fernando Ulacia is the Vice President of Investment Management for CCLA Mexico. He focuses on real estate acquisitions, and his responsibilities include deal sourcing, underwriting, performing due diligence, financing and asset management. Prior to joining CCLA, Mr. Ulacia was an Analyst on the Equity Research team at Credit Suisse, where he covered real estate and cement and construction sectors in Latin America. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degrees in Finance and Business Administration from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México and a certification in Real Estate Economics and Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science.

Agustín Díaz is the director of operations of Nomadliving in Mexico and Latin America, responsible for the operation of more than 3,000 rental units and 7 projects under development. He has 12 years of experience in asset management, launch and strategic repositioning. Before joining Nomad Living he served as Regional Manager at Greystar for 6 years. Where he operated a portfolio of 1,100 units and the opening of a luxury project in Guadalajara.

Natalia Camargo is an Investments and Acquisitions Vice President for CCLA Colombia. With a career spanning over a decade in the real estate industry, she is also Co-founder and Board Member of Brikss, a fast-growing proptech firm based in Colombia. Natalia holds an MSc in Real Estate Investment from Bayes Business School at City University London, as well as a B.A and M.A in Economics from Universidad de Los Andes.

Alonso Bacigalupo is Associate Vice President of Investments at CCLA Peru. Prior to joining CCLA in 2022, Mr. Bacigalupo co-founded and worked as Chief Startegy Officer and Investor Relations at The Latam REIT, a REIT that aimed to invest in rental real estate assets throughout the Latin American region. He earned a Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Lima, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Judge Business School at the University of Cambridge.

Daniel Maldonado is an Associate Vice President of Development and Construction for CCLA Mexico. Prior to joining CCLA, he worked as a Project Executive for WeWork and Opera Desarrolladora. He earned a degree in Architecture from the National Autonomous University of Mexico and received a Master of Industrial Project Reconversion degree from Paris Sorbonne University.

Julieta Sobral de Elía is an Associate Vice President of Development and Construction for CCLA Mexico. In this role, she acts as Project Manager for the developments in Guadalajara, directing and coordinating their design and construction. Prior to joining CCLA in 2019, Ms. Sobral de Elía worked for Artha Capital, a private equity fund, as the project manager for three shopping malls and a mixed-use development. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architectural Studies from La Salle University.

Fernando Echevarria is an Associate Vice President of Development & Construction for CCLA Peru. He leads the project development and construction processes in the country. Prior to joining CCLA, Mr. Echevarria was a Project Development Manager at Intercorp Retail, Project Management Lead at Park Group and Project Manager at Proyecta Ingenieros. He earned a degree in Civil Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru, a Master of Business Administration degree from Centrum Business School and a Master in Leadership degree from EADA Business School.
Development & Construction AVP Colombia
Natalia Vargas is AVP of Development, leading projects in development phase. Before joining CCLA Group in 2019, Natalia Vargas was Project Manager for several construction companies in Colombia such as: Pedro Gómez y Cía, Ospinas y Cía, Conconcreto among others. Natalia is an Architect from Universidad Javeriana de Bogotá and has 16 years of experience in the construction and real estate sector in Colombia leading residential and commercial projects in different cities.
Development & Construction AVP México
Jose Pedro Gallegos is an Associate Vice President of Development in the Chile Office. He is responsible for coordinate, conceptualize and manage all real estate projects in Chile. Prior to joining CCLA, Mr. Gallegos worked in the real estate area of Kaufmann, and then founded his own architecture studio, designing, coordinating, and managing corporate industrial, residential and retail projects. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a Master in Real Estate Development from IE University in Madrid.
