Mexico Julieta Sobral Associate Vice President, Development & Construction Julieta Sobral de Elía is an Associate Vice President of Development and Construction for CCLA Mexico. In this role, she acts as Project Manager for the developments in Guadalajara, directing and coordinating their design and construction. Prior to joining CCLA in 2019, Ms. Sobral de Elía worked for Artha Capital, a private equity fund, as the project manager for three shopping malls and a mixed-use development. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architectural Studies from La Salle University.
