Chile Jorge Giacaman Vice President, Development & Construction Jorge Giacaman is the Vice President of Development and Construction for CCLA Chile. He is responsible for the direction of the pre-development and development processes of residential rental projects in Chile. Before joining CCLA, he worked at the CIMENTA Real Estate Investment Fund, firstly occupying the position of Deputy Manager of Engineering followed by 20 years in the position of Development & Construction Vice President. He earned a Bachelor of Construction Sciences degree with the title of Civil Constructor.
